الحديث المتواتر عند ابن عطيةفي تفسيره (المحرر الوجيز في تفسير الكتاب العزيز)

     يُعدّ ابن عطية (ت 541هـ) من أبرز المفسرين الذين عاشوا في العصرين الخامس والسادس الهجريين، وقد لاقى تفسيره قبولاً من قبل العلماء في عصره وبعده. لذا، كان من المهم تناوله بالدراسة والبحث من جميع النواحي سواء التفسيرية أو الحديثية. ويهدف هذا المقال، إلى دراسة وتحليل مفهوم مصطلح "المتواتر" عند الإمام ابن عطية الأندلسي، وفهم طريقته في التعامل معه واستعماله له في تفسيره "المحرر الوجيز". وذلك بالإجابة عن تساؤلات جوهرية ترتبط بمدى الاتفاق أو الاختلاف بينه وبين مفهوم التواتر في مصطلح الحديث، وهل غلب على استخدامه التواتر اللفظي أو المعنوي؟ ومن خلال التعرض لهذه الأحكام بشيء من التفصيل ثم تحليل الأمثلة المختارة من التفسير، سيتبين لنا مفهوم المتواتر عند ابن عطية، وفهم كيفية توظيفه لهذا المصطلح بشكل تطبيقي عملي داخل المحرر الوجيز.

Ibn Atiyya (d. 541/1147) is considered one of the most prominent exegetes of the 5th and 6th centuries AH, and his commentary has gained widespread acceptance among scholars across generations. Consequently, it is vital to study his work from various perspectives, particularly within the fields of exegesis (tafsīr) and ḥadīth sciences. This article aims to examine and analyze the conceptualization of the term “Mutawātir” (Mass-transmitted) according to Imam Ibn Atiyya al-Andalusi, and to understand his methodology and application of this term within his work, al-Muḥarrar al-Wajīz. The study addresses fundamental questions regarding the extent of alignment or divergence between his approach and the traditional terminology of ḥadīth. Additionally, it investigates whether his usage was predominantly verbal (Lafzī) or conceptual (Ma'nawī), or if he expanded the term’s scope to include broader indications such as the practice of the Ummah and the widespread dissemination of reports. The article also highlights the impact of describing a report as Mutawātir on his exegetical method, especially in matters of creed (ʿAqīda), the unseen (Ghayb), and Quranic narratives. By analyzing selected examples from the exegesis, the study elucidates Ibn Atiyya’s understanding of Mutawātir and demonstrates how he applied this term in a practical and systematic manner.

V. ve VI. (hicrî) yüzyıllarda yaşamış en seçkin müfessirlerden biri kabul edilen İbn Atiyye (ö. 541), tefsiriyle hem kendi döneminde hem de sonraki asırlarda âlimlerin büyük takdirini kazanmıştır. Bu nedenle, onun eserini gerek tefsir gerekse hadis ilmi açısından tüm yönleriyle incelemek ve ilmî çalışmalara konu edinmek büyük bir önem arz etmektedir.Bu makale, Endülüslü âlim İbn Atiyye'nin 'mütevâtir' terimine dair tasavvurunu incelemeyi, analiz etmeyi ve bu terimi 'el-Muharrerü’l-Vecîz' adlı tefsirinde hangi yöntemle kullanıp istihdam ettiğini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışma; İbn Atiyye’nin tevatür anlayışının hadis usulündeki kavramsal çerçeve ile ne ölçüde örtüştüğü veya ayrıştığı ve kullanımında lafzi tevatürün mü yoksa manevi tevatürün mü baskın olduğu gibi temel sorulara cevap aramaktadır. Söz konusu hükümlerin ayrıntılı bir şekilde ele alınması ve tefsirden seçilen örneklerin analiz edilmesi aracılığıyla; İbn Atiyye'nin bu terimi kullanım özellikleri gün yüzüne çıkarılacak ve eser özelinde bu terimi pratik ve uygulamalı olarak nasıl işlediği anlaşılacaktır.
